My approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and targeted skills training to support lasting change and growth.
I help people who live with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, chronic pain, relationship issues, family conflict, anger management, divorce, grief, parenting, low self-esteem and women’s issues.
I am trained in Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality (CAMS) for suicide prevention.
I keep my knowledge base and skills current with ongoing training.
With an advanced certification, the Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-II (CCTP-II), and EMDR training, my approach is trauma informed.
Coping and resilience are skills. They can be learned. You can grow and heal from anything that has happened to you.
I have a special interest in building healthy relationships and working with the transgender and gender nonconforming community.
I am an ADHD-CCSP (ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider).
